Russian dancing bridge

There are only two problems with Russia - fools and roads. New 7 km long bridge across the Volga River in Volgograd (middle Russia) suddenly started to "dance" due to strong fluctuation in the construction. See second 0:55. In spite of this, the bridge which is the longest in Europe will be opened for road traffic soon after security check. Its construction cost 2.5 billion rubles, which is about 80 million dollars.
